Was a fantastic day at the farm !!

The dried vegetables...Have never used before but just two teaspoons made the Barszcz taste really different and nice too...
The veggies were Greek...
I don't use meat stock but vegetable bouillon as a starter.
Always love trying new things so the European food shop is always worth a wander through when in Inverness.
With Polish, Scottish and Norwegian family then it's always worth a good look for different foods. The fresh meat counter is mainly Polish with a few items from Italy, Spain and Germany too...
