Sunday sprinkles laced with drizzley mizzle that is ensuing throughout the Glen. Two days of blue skies and a chance of seeing the sun was as I thought, too much to hope for 🙁 but at least there is no frost or hanging icicles to be seen 🎉🎉 Murdo has plonked his derriere right in front of my legs so as to get a full blast of warm air from a small regulating heater set at 21oC/71oF. I wonder what his reaction would be if I sat in his favoured position on top of the Range? It would of course not be a pretty site to see me trying all sorts of manoeuvres to get there, haha. Around 8oC outside at the moment so a walk should be on the cards later.

Saturday bright and sunny sprinkles...I do realise that it is a very misleading view too as it is absolutely freezing after the last few days here around Nessie's Loch ❄❄
I've managed to get use to temperatures between 12/15oC all this last week so today's frosty welcome was quite a shock 😯
With my not so happy sciatic nerve, then indoor light jobs are on the cards...going to make potato latkes for my tea this evening with simple sliced tomatoes and grated cheese ☺️
I don't need to tell you where Murdo is but can say he's in sleep/snore mode...

Friday afternoon sprinkles after a much later start to the day but still needing 2 cups of lemon and manuka honey to get the marbles in place or as Poirot would say the "little grey cells"🙂 Here we are, late afternoon and still not done too much. A few phone calls, a little washing and drying, Toastie for lunch and now on my second cappuccino😊...a lovely day with decent temperatures but with a still dodgy sciatic nerve and slight chill my decision to do nothing much at all, I feel was the most sensible way to spend my day. Soup and cake underway...reading and knitting to do. Murdo in his best snoozing mode so just a quiet supper and craft evening ahead...
