Sounds less strenuous this time - 4 weeks will go past quick .. you’ll come through ok .. Most important is your heart ♥️ get plenty of rest .. meals on wheels sounds ok how good is the menu .. hopefully it’s give you some enjoyment.. heading to work arghh Monday blues trying to find some incentive lol 😂 I’m sure last hours before knocking off I’ll have a skip in my stride 🤗 take care , your always in my thoughts xxx

Omigosh, Gary, what a frightening experience! I'm glad that you were somewhere you could be attended to immediately. So I'm not sure but why are you being sent for 4 more weeks of rehab if everything turned out okay? Or is that just a part of the plan all along? How do you actually feel now as compared to when you had your original event? Do you feel that all this exercise and diet regime has helped you? Will they give you more time to recuperate if you need it? I sure hope everything can turn around for you.

You know I think I told you that I was carted off in an ambulance last Aug. 27th with a pending stroke but it turned out to be the Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA) that I'm dealing with now. Ido have an idea of how you must have felt at the time.I found it very frightening. They kept me on a neuro ward for a week every day several times a day giving me that S.M.I.L.E. test. I'm finally on only 8 mg. of prednisone and currently reducing it by 1 mg. every 2 weeks. I'm also on methotrexate and that dosage has been reduced as it was making me so exhausted. I'm progressing slowly. I also have to get more active. My back muscles have deteriorated with all this resting. I do walk

Bloody awesome news Gary I get to have you around for a long while yet - my breast d an has come back showing an animality so now scan appointment at the hospital on 25th March to have a intense scan to determine if it’s benign.. I’ll take it as it comes could be also as I’m perimenopause. Not overthinking anything .. 6:54 am heading home on the train finally roster ✅ done, back in on Sunday xx
