hey 20 mins thats optimum all the exercises at rehab were exactly 20 min, even now i do three 20 min sessions a week stress testing, and 20 min every day on the treadmill, add 6k walking a day and 20 hours every wednesday heartsport exercise never been so active so little time for things like fairyland lol.

in about 4-5 hours double goldies will be arriving in my garden again , have a good to start to the downhill run to the weekend x

congrats on the goldie, i dont advertise always pleased when someone spots them they are alway surprised. In the next 6 hours they will be back gold mouse and duck so if you need to spot them please do, the gold dust certainly is useful for buying pots for gold critters.

On the mend now at full speed, october although had the bump with the tooth still heart and lung function increased 10 percent, and this month already shaping to be another 10 percent actually can feel the improvemet not just seeing stats and numbers and being told its getting better still on 4 tabs a day but if you go back to feb I was on seven !!!!! Looking good, hope all is well with family xx

Hi Andrea been a tuf few weeks , was all going forwards nicely then suddenly a tooth broke, the nerve taken year ago so thinking ahh easy one  but no with the medication and condition anything but. normal dentist wouldnt go near it, only a specialized clinic, had to take antibiotics a week before,  days before got training how to self inject what !! yep twice per day another medication, by clinik had an iv drip with something else , absolute crazines it made the blood so thin it bled for 4 days, even a pin prick from the blot thickness tests would bleed for hours, horrible but now on the mend, hence writing to you on a positive note, tooth has gone stitches out no pain, just the chin is blue where the blood ran to the bottom but all slowly going away, phew phew phew and in the meantime the ghostly loch ness monster visited so a few more pics ticked off. Autumn is here but its mild the heating isnt on yet so thats a big change from last year, lifestyle beginning to more active as the health gets better and is getting better just a bump along the way , guess there will be more bumps but take them on the chin.
