I've been finding that they come fairyly quickly. I was told to clear your set up to make them come quicker, but that's fine if you only want to do one of each chick. I've been keeping my set-ups and they have still been hatching quickly.  Good luck.

I'm seriously thinking I might shoo away this Crane if I don't get lucky and try another one while I've got SF for a while. I might get luck on the next round with having to find another bird other than the Crane.

The Oriole is fairly easy and the Chickadee as the plants RFH quickly if you haven't done them already. It's the set-ups that take some time on the others.
There a good few Crane gardens around but they aren't attracting any or many as they are set up to attract other things as well so it's just a matter of luck and timing for spotting them. I think my garden so far is the only Crane specific garden from what I've found.

Yes, I've been re-using an existing nest and have done 5 of each of the ones I've done so far but I don't think I'll manage that with the Cranes so I might have to use another nest and do a bird I don't need to do to get another empty nest. I've only got Kingfisher to do after this one.

Not at all. My garden is open to everyone.
I've only got one more day of free SF from my monthly allowance. I was hoping to get an egg laid so we'll see. I'll still have the set up all day and probably through the weekend. I'm working through some Chicks. These have been the hardest so far.
