Hi Mich. We prepare SARMALE, which are sheets of pickled cabbage in which we put minced meat mixed with rice and spices, then we roll them up, closing the ends well and put them to boil, with a few tablespoons of tomato paste. We also make PIFTIE, which is pork in aspic. Bœuf salad which is a salad made of carrots, parsnips, parsley, celery all boiled and chopped into very small cubes, to which we add boiled potatoes in their skins and finely chopped and season with mayonnaise. It is called bœuf because I should also put beef or chicken but I like it without. Then we make the roast in the oven, which everyone prefers, I will make a chicken or two.
