Do you have an ombudsman? Get hold of them in regards to your mum's treatment by the staff etc! Or if you do, threaten the facility manager that you will make contact with the ombudsman!

How is mum's recovery going? Does a smaller room mean a single quieter room?

Terry-Kai must be very spoiled and loved young man by his mum and aunties. Much like my granddaughter and daughter by their uncles.

I don't expect to see twin from my son's (aged 35, 33, 32 & 28. The oldest has his one girl. The second opted for a vasectomy, the 3rd may adopt or have a surrogate carry a baby for him & his husband to be (wedding date still to be confirmed) and my youngest has not shown interest in dating yet. He just goes to work and comes home to play his game console. Very limited social skills but fine with people he knows well.
