My hip is a bit better with the painkillers and my back too but still some pain depending on what I'm doing.  Go back to physio in 2 weeks time so will see what they say then. X

Bedtime sprinkle Tricia, I’m still tired because Tom can be a bit of a pain when I have visitors like crying at the bedroom door in the night and with him being deaf I have to get up and bring him back to my room lol. Thanks for the Fueld Mouse x
