Hi Tricia, so glad you had a good session at Physio with no discomfort. Wow that was an excellent result for Kaitlyn l am sure you are all very proud of her. We were of our two granddaughters when they won lots and got selected to perform on the stage at the towns theatre twice. How nice you spent the afternoon chatting with your friend. Why not , like l said the dust will be back again tomorrow so why worry if  its a tip for a while. Enjoy the Para-olympics . Have a super day un xxx
