Good Morning Tricia, Ty for spotting my Pelican and planting a seed, Havent got time just now for Eggs, just leaving Garden to watch itself to be honest, pouring down here today but got dogs out for a Wee, let's hope today is as good as yesterday, We have a funeral to attend tomorrow so a friend is coming to sit with dogs while we go home and get changed and go, Jake home for tea tonight, like being busy Mum again feeding the kids lol, have a lovely day Tricia, love and hugs xxx

Morning Tricia. I dont think physio is any good to be honest. He said I was resisting  when he was trying to move my legs, of course I was it was hurting!!!
I'll see how next one goes but I dont really see the point of it to be honest
