Hi Tricia, sorry you were sore after your tests yesterday, l hope it eases off today. I recommend Honey with a bit of Lemon in warm water to soothe your throat. The day here is sunny atm but still windy, not warm as yet but should get warmer later l hope. Need to do some physio and deep breathing today , struggled to go get the recycle bins down from the top of the road. Have a good day Hun, but take it easy .
