It's that time of year when we remember those who gave their lives for our freedom. A time I remember my dear friend's son L/Cpl Peter Eustace who was killed in Afghanistan 16/11/11 At the going down of the sun, and in the morning we will remember them .

Continuing to pray  for all areas where there is conflict, injustice, hatred, pain. Praying for there to be peace, tolerance, hope, and unity

Hi Tricia, our arms were a bit stiff, but we had Covid jab at same time in other arm, so we did have stiff arms, Wasnt too tired this Morning so we went for a long walk in a different area and it was a long walk, was really glad to get back, so I am tired now, have you decided if you are doing anything or having a restful day, we Skype our friends at 8pm tonight to check in on them, enjoy rest of your day, Love and hugs xxx
