We have snow and Rylee is very happy about it. He loves to run and jump in it. I have been playing with his new ball/rope. (it's a Beco Beco Ball from the UK) I noticed a funny thing the other day - when I throw it into the snow the ball is weighted down so often only the rope sticks out. He will search the area that he knows it is - I can see the rope - but he is rooting around in the snow for the ball - it's his favorite part. Once he finds it he races back to me with the ball in his mouth and the rope flying behind him. When he gets to me he will shake it around and the rope slaps him as he does - his joy is palpable. He will finally give it back to me to throw again and away he goes chasing it into the yard again.  Simple pleasures are the best! Happy Friday.
