We often wonder about Jojo's life before she came to us. We felt she had been mistreated as she would flinch if you raised a hand near her quickly. Door bells on the TV sends her into a volley of barking and racing to the door. The other day hubby and she were "watching" TV. The sound of a baby crying filled the room. Jojo had been fast asleep and she woke with a start and jumped off the sofa - looking for the baby. Baby needed help - she looked for it - was this a sound she was familiar with? We'll never know - but she was concerned about it. Happy Wednesday.

When I work with Rylee, Jojo will try to insinuate herself into what we are doing. I continue with Rylee and tell Jojo to go see hubby. When I give Rylee his reward for doing the task correctly - she is usually still sitting beside him. Rylee while - watching me - will give her a little lick and a nudge on the side of her face. I often wonder what is he saying to her? Is it "ha ha I got one and you didn't." Or "sorry" or "Wait for it - she'll give you one too." So many things go through my mind - the conversations they must have. Just this morning I was distracting Rylee so hubby could get out the door without the barking madness that is our dogs. He sat "pretty" so I gave him a treat - he looked at Jojo and gave her that little lick - then she sat up too! I gave her one as well. So Rylee dog trainer. Happy Tuesday

Rylee often surprises me. This weekend our daughter and granddaughter came to see us. They were leaving early Sunday morning so I opted to wait to have my breakfast until they left. Rylee was confused - he sat upstairs on his bed in my office waiting. I told him I was going to have breakie later and to come down. Nope - he wanted his treat - so he waited - not so patiently. I was downstairs visiting with my daughter and he was upstairs - squeaking at me - sporadically. Every few minutes I'd hear - squeak, yip, squeak. I told him to come down - he had to wait - he refused to move. Not a bad thing but he's sooo stubborn! I just wish his stay was that good when I tell him to stay! Happy Monday.
