Hope you see a much better day of some nice bright weather,  it is here as they said, hadn’t  realised that  was such a issue for you beyond intolerant, I see  your need to be be extremely careful and diligent.  As you say a shame at times, I can take and leave Cheese while J here adores it cooked and on on Crackers, enjoy your day are you slipping out. ? Thank you for heads up on Biscuits Im heading there tomorrow , today sees M and her little Nativity , looking forward to that , she’s a Shepard, I did smile at your new coat and wind and yes you might have done a Mary Poppins minus the brolley I love my dry robe it does as it should,  hope K enjoys his little treats and yes you do need to have some ,have great day lovely take care, love and hugs xxxxx

Much calmer today & we’re due to see the sun later.
Both of us at the doctors this morning to have bloods taken & an ECG for me. They couldn’t get clear readings last year after 4 attempts. Hope it works today. Have a lovely day xx
