AHA FOUND!!!
It was inside ladybugs Christmas suit. Anne picked it up and remarked we forgot to put it on her. Rolled it up and left it for me to deal with so when I came to it and refold it out fell the changer. Yippee.
Very icy out at the moment but snow supposed to come. We'll see they don't seem very accurate with the forcasting recently.
