Hello, still very icy here. I was in town earlier but took the bus and wrote my winter trax things over my boots. They're great for icy pavements as they grip to the surface & prevent you slipping. It's still very cold, the fire is on already today and I'm not looking forward to taking the dogs out before dark. The main roads are black here and the bus was fair torting along...a female driver too :-)  Hope you don't have any storm damage. We have completely missed it this time x

Sorry to hear that you are still under alert for storm. Stay inside. We are under wind warning and it's going to rain all day and get warmer so hopefully the ice will all melt.
Have a guy coming to see me about my kitchen this afternoon so rushing to get it tidy
