Good morning Hun
Happy Tuesday wishes to you both, hope it’s alovely day and you see Sun, I am going to study my Bee chart , Angela,  as i know that the big one wasn’t a bumble bee,  oh I appreciate where I live and the countryside around, I couldn’t live in a concrete jungle or never not have garden, yes we always have muddy vehicles haha and straw in boot but how minds ! We don’t. Aww hope the family have landed safely now and will enjoy the break.its Tuesday and busy for me as norm, Suns out and dry so I don’t mind I will go see Dad this morning,  catch up with him and a school run later.Red meat or rather beef is good for B12, as I need to up mine, last bloods came back with low B12,? Never in my life have I had low readings on any As Bs or Cs haha.,Iam increasing my  dairy side with Greek yogurt, for now, Iam sure my Low reading on B12 , is connected with my tummy gastric issues, I have an appoinment with Doc in May to discuss this if you have any suggestions Hun let me know,  are you going shopping if it’s nice ?
