Your grandson Josh is amazing with everything he's doing. Imogen and my hubby both suffer with their mental health but have learnt to recognise when they're struggling so both have counselling sessions in place when needed. It's so important to raise awareness and also to take the stigma away from it. Please wish Josh and his co walkers well on the rest of their hike. I hope they did get nicer rooms than the ones they were meant to have x
