It's good to have such will power, and a good idea not to buy anything too tempting - if it's not there you can't have it. I'm trying to stick to a handful of healthy nuts plus the fresh fruit if I'm peckish. Colin had another fleeting episode at midnight where he felt the back of his head numb. I had already gone to bed as I was tired, he was watching the telly. He took 1 of his Sumatriptan & came to bed and slept well. I was speaking to him just now on the phone & he said he feels as if he's mixing some words up but he sounded fine on the phone to me. Not such a nice day here today, colder & damp feeling x

?We have had snow showers on and off so not so cold, minus 2. My neighbor is keeping the drive cleared. IAM trying to get everything ready for Ross birthday on Saturday but I am so behind I'm going to freeze for a couple of days. March 1st is the date of David's passing so will be back after that
