It was a lovely day. I didn't even wear a coat when I went out but it's getting colder now.
At physio I talked the guy into halving my fee so I'll keep going for a while.
I have an appointment at the hospital on Monday for some special breathing tests and have the taxes to do so I'll  freeze my garden sat thru mon. Can't do everything I've found.

hi angela was lovely ty, but im on weight loss jabs and was sick when i got home, i ate and drank what i shouldnt, own fault, thomas asked for purple juice meaning blackcurrant instead of orange what he alreadyhad in his cup she made himbefore coming out, now we know thats his favourite, hes coming on well, he asked for my phone, he cals it a camera he take spics of stuff on histablet with my  phone xx
