Good Mornin Catherine I hope all went well at the doc appt. Thanks I was pleased with no side effects & a noticeable difference, time will tell if it's working everywhere, I know exercising has helped, I can't absorb calcium and being lactose I have to eat a lot of green veggies, Vitamin D I get from the sun, toes crossed...Outstanding on your walking, I use to have a full size treadmill and would walk while watching my soaps, hehehe. I'm like you I like to be prepare for my meals however the hubby hates frozen foods, yep  he's worse than a picky eater...

I hate the news or what those morons call it, I call in the Enquirer Mag, all lies & made up
