I usually use only one enchanted forest jewels because this is sufficient to attract them. It is important to have the herbs to deter the other rainforest critters.
You can look at Wai's garden on my backwall, she is also setup for cassowaries right now.

Hi Cindy,
I was wondering if you are trying to attract a Cassowary. If yes, then I would plant at least one herb (Nestflower or Nightrose) to deter the other rainforest critters. That would increase your chance to get a cassowary :-)
