Good evening Kimalisa I hope you are having a good day.  We woke to a frost which soon cleared and we had a lovely sunny day with 12C, looks like rain tonight and tomorrow though.  I have come down with an awful cough and cold so haven't been doing very much.  I hope I feel better tomorrow as I would like to start hanging my decorations up.  I hope it is warmer for you too, it is a long time before we get any really hot weather.  Enjoy the rest of your day my dear, sending love and hugs to you and Bessie Girl from me and a sleeping Pippin. xxx 😴🌛🌟

a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Kimalisa! brrr! it's 21F here, and I'm not handling the cold as well as I once did. ran a few errands today: post office, library, and food co-op. the library's parking lot was awful! so, just started Shatter the Night by Emily Littlejohn. will probably be reading less as I have cards to get ready for the mail. it's good to be back home with Dresden. he sends many snuggles to you, and to Bessie. Hi Kiimalisa, Yes, very sad that Benji passed. Although, (this will probably gross you out) but I have his cremated remains in my lounge. I couldn't scatter him (he'd get lonely) Even if he's crossed the Rainbow Bridge he's still close. There are a lot of elderly residents here (there are 43 separate apartments) I'm no spring chicken myself lol. The council won't allow pets in case a resident should fall. A silly rule. Oh, we can have fish (not my thing). Still, it's a beautiful place, with a courtyard, a large garden and brook at the back of my apartment. Lots and lots of trees and flowers. Yet, in the "Sticks" with very few shops. A lot of coffee shops, and takeaways, as there are also a lot of hills. So, walkers come in all weathers. The one B&B makes a heck of a living.
