a windy good morning, Kimalisa, and a splash! it's 52 here, which is warm this time of year, but so windy! the kitty boys send snuggles to you, and Bessie even though they're hiding. (we have someone in the basement this morning checking out the sump pump and all.) I'm sending lots of ear rubs to Bessie! ha! Cece had jelly toast before we went to the diner. Cece had a hamburger & fries; Ellie had chicken tenders & fries. (surprise.) Ellie wanted to know why I was having blueberry pancakes. a fun dinner, and I was able to catch up a little bit with my daughter. (so often our paths don't cross.) the meditation will be at the church on a Saturday, but the church is only half a block from my home. people mostly from our Wednesday evening meditation group will be there, too. Good morning splash! No I didn’t go back to bed, just sat up drinking tea. I should do something but maybe in a bit. You must be getting a nasty storm if your power keeps going out, glad to hear the rain should stop soon. You have too much rain and my friend in New York State is praying for it, if only we could put the clouds where it needs it.  That Tyson fight ended in a win win anyway, Tyson got 20 mil and Jake got a serious reputation and fame boost, and a huge truckload of money. Rigged or not they both won.  It was very nice to go for lunch, John likes it more than I do, lol! If I could wiggle my nose and pop into the booth at the restaurant I’d like it more but the fuss of actually getting there usually puts me off. All the wee beasties are doing alright, Kitty Softpaws caught a little vole through the night and I took it away from her this morning, there’s been enough tummy troubles around here lately, she’s staying on a healthy diet 😹
