Thank you Kiimalisa for the wee white mouse. Yes, I pay for Amazon Prime. So get most of my gifts or things I need on-line. I have Cerebral Palsy, so find walking difficult, so I do my food shopping on-line too. There is a pharmacy in the village )I forgot to mention it), but I get my medications delivered too (Good job, I take 5 tablets in the morning and 11 at night (I'm a prescription junkie lol). The winter's here are literally as changing as the weather. One year we where snowed in for 6 weeks. There's always snow, living on high ground. So, the cold weather (severe frosts) can last two months or more, or we get floods. It's even snowed in June before today. We don't always have snow on the 24th or 25th of December. Mostly it's just freezing rain. Anytime we can have hot weather from March onwards for a day or two, then it returns to cold weather. (If we do get some hot weather) after two or three days they shout drought, so a hosepipe ban is in effect. We can have four seasons in one day. That's why the hills are so green I suppose! a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Kimalisa! (even with drinking coffee all day.) I did manage some reading today (Agatha Christie), and will probably finish it tonight. it was a fairly easy-going day although I did water all my houseplants, and vacuumed. I think today was our last warm day (in the 50's). when I went to the bakery I wore a shawl. Dresden is already sleeping in his bed so sends drowsy snuggles to you, and to Bessie. I'm sending Bessie lots and lots of ear rubs. Dresden doesn't usually sleep with me until the early early morning hours; he likes his bed, and the couch.  I'm going to be here for Thanksgiving, and Angel may come over for part of the day. the children will be in Michigan for the holiday with Mama Jen. I really don't like turkey that much so I bought a small ham. there will be pumpkin pie. 😊 with *lots* of real whipped cream.  (I like cherry pie, too, but there's only so much pie one person can eat.) wishing you a good week ahead. take care, and hugs! xoxo 🍂❤️
