I’m still not feeling good. I’ve been running a low grade fever most of the day and it’s quite cold out. I’m going to bed early. I really hope I feel better tomorrow.
I’m glad you’re feeling better! I’m jealous of your weather, I was bundling up like crazy today. Hopefully tomorrow will be a great day!

a quiet evening splash and wishing you a restful good night, Kimalisa! we are beginning our descent into the deep freeze. currently it's -1F with a low tomorrow of -18.  no school tomorrow, and the bookstore will be closed. I'm guessing the girls are staying home. I know I'm not planning on going *anywhere* for the next 2 days. I hope it doesn't get too cold for you on Monday and Tuesday. Dresden is curled up in his bed, and sends sleepy snuggles to you, and to Bessie. I'm sending Bessie many many ear rubs. I haven't noticed Dresden sleeping more with me than usual. I would say he spends about half the night with me. his kitty bed is in front of a heat vent so it's probably plenty toasty for him. oh, and yes to peas in my tuna noodle. 😊 take care, and keep warm! hugs. xoxo 🌟❤️

trying to manage my Mom's pain
~ unfortunately, the facility that is
closest to my sister and I will not
have an opening for another 3
weeks ~ the first bed open at 2
facilities not terribly far from us
will be where Mom will be
transferred to  ☘️
