a quiet afternoon hello, Kimalisa, and a splash! oh, look! sunshine! sometimes sleep is the best thing you can do for yourself. right now Dresden is snoozing, and he sends sleepy snuggles to you, and to Bessie. I'm sending Bessie more everlasting ear rubs. back to the weather: we're at 77F this afternoon; too hot for April. (of course Sunday is predicted to be at 46 for the high.) so, the heat is turned off for now. we're also waiting for another big storm late afternoon/evening. last night at 12:30 a.m. the tornado sirens sent us to the basement. it was for only half an hour, and I had a lovely conversation with the young people from upstairs. I also got to meet their 2 cats. (Dresden ran under the bed so he stayed up here.) I did have Cece yesterday afternoon, but no Ellie today as the weather forecast is so if-fy. the City has also issued flash flooding warnings, but that's expected. take care. hugs! xoxo 🌷❤️
