Hi Kimalisa, I had a miserable day. Woke up in the middle of the night with terrible pain in my right knee, only worked 2 hours until I couldn't stand it anymore and took sick time. I've had ice on the knee and calf most of the day, it's helped a little, but I think my climbing up and down on the step ladder when I was painting caused the problem. Very swollen behind the knee. Spoke with the nurse and my doc agreed, said to keep icing :(  The only good thing about the day is that Tuck got to sleep in my lap all afternoon, lol.
