a quiet afternoon hello, Kimalisa, and a splash! I slept well once I got to sleep (after 3:00 a.m.). still I was up by 7:00 to give Dresden his breakfast...and then I went back to sleep. 😊 the rain has stopped, but it's a chilly mid-40s today. I have a load of laundry to do, and a couple shopping errands. going to move at my own pace. (slow!) it does hurt not seeing grandkids. I do FaceTime about once a month with my son and his Zuri. he's been here for a long weekend a couple times, but it's been a couple years since Emma and Zuri came. and, Elia (who lives about an hour and a half away) I see maybe 2 or 3 times a year. I know I'm lucky to live so close to Ce and Ellie. I hope you're having a lovely day, and enjoying your 70s weather. Dresden is having his post-treat nap so sends sleepy snuggles to you, and to Bessie. I'm sending Bessie more of those everlasting ear rubs. take care, and hugs for you! xoxo 🌷❤️🦋
