The strongest pain relief I can take is aspirin, lol.. and even that can cause upset tummy and other issues. I mostly use creams, except voltaren is too strong for me also.

Good evening Kimalisa I hope you are having a good day, pleased Bessie had a storm free day.  It has been showery here today but it cleared away after lunch, Pippin and I took our walk then.  I pottered about indoors and in the garden this afternoon now I am busy with my returns.  Tomorrow will be hot and after that the weather changes, cooler and lots of rain which we badly need.  Glad you enjoyed D's banana bread, best to eat it before it goes stale lol!
