Bee eater, thanks Kimalisa :) Doc said he wants me to take it easy for another week and keep an eye on my cough, but he thinks I'm on the mend. He was a little concerned about walking pneumonia but I didn't want an xray or drugs until we're sure, so he suggested we give it a few more days. I sure hope you're feeling better.

I’m thrilled to hear the medicine is working for Duane! That must be such a relief for you both! How’s your day? Is it a nice warm day? Can you go sit outside? It’s sunny here but still -9 with wind chill making it -15. The wind was so bad last night! The drifts are now hard packed and up to my knees, I was really careful doing the chickens today. I feel like garbage! I woke up at 4 with sharp stabbing pains in my sinuses and throat. Ugh! I drank a cup of hot mint green tea and took 2 Tylenol and went back to bed. I feel a bit better now but think it’s just the Tylenol working. There won’t be much getting done today, I think I’ll be couch surfing.
Oh I am excited! I messaged the people this morning offering to give them a small deposit to hold the place for us until we hear from the bank. John said he’ll call today but he’s in courses all morning and might get busy this afternoon because of them. The owners said they’ll hold it and wait to hear from us without a deposit! You have no idea how thrilling that was to hear! I’ve been so worried they’d get a faster offer and we’d be out of luck. Wish us luck that we’ll get good news today! 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
