Hi Judith been mia today after dancing last night it is surpising how tired I was after plus ached all over today......... so I have to listen to my body if it says nope not today to go shopping then that is it........... was low on milk so walked LL up to the local coop so she had a nice walk went via the other park nearby she can go off lead for awhile although there are 4 entrances etc so I had to keep my beady eye on others coming in with dogs etc...... but all she did was basically roll around on the grass......... managed to pick up some nice granary rolls at the community fridge/larder I can pop them in my freezer handy to have to go with soup.  Tomorrow not decided as yet what I am going to do will see how my body feels first in the morning....... but I did not ache as much walking with LL but will see.  Hope you had a great day it was quite windy here so my washing got dried in no time at all.........
