Here the physio doesnt even show you what to do he gives you a print out . He did feel my knees and shook his head, his advice (dont laugh) dont stand too long, walk too far or kneel down. I am ok standing if l am moving, cant walk far anymore any way but do try a bit each day, cant kneel down at all due to fluid. So common sense and listening to knees, tells me all l need to know. I do my own physio while sat on the edge of the bed or a chair it helps a lot . l wont have the injections or replacements . I eat magnesium rich foodstuffs and Omega 3 plus Calcium . Just starting on Lymphatic drainage exercises not good at it or doing it regular but swelling in les is a little better. Better than resting anyway. Sorry babbling on. Lots of love Sweet xxx

Hello Sweet, no brightness here we have rain until at least 3pm. , it is warmer @ 10C so not bad. We do need a little shopping but it can wait until later today or tomorrow. Yes hopefully the tarp will solve the problem. Yes do try the Beef, it is so tender, cook for 20 minutes on 200C  then lower to 170/80 C on fan internal heat to 71/3 for medium and leave to rest once cooked . Lots left over today, l wanted to do a stew ... K said what a waste of lovely meat lol. its cheaper than what l usually use for stew. So l said l will Chow Mein it instead, but l have no Peppers lol. James will enjoy the meat pie , shop ones are meh. I have been busy scrubbing the door fronts and white goods yet again in the kitchen . I hope the physio for your knee goes well and not too painful.
