Good afternoon Carmen, thank you so much, I can't collect my birdbath until the Violet Coral has gone RFH but I'm so pleased to have had all ten Starfish spotted. I was getting a bit worried when I realised I would need a second plate but had prepared before starting this round by getting 4/5 Adult Frogs underwater and on land so it was all systems go. Chemo is such an awful concoction with so many terrible side-effects, how is it that it has these unexpected positive side-effects too? I'm sorry you haven't found anything that works like it for your Psoriasis now. Am I right in assuming you have a wonky immune system (I think I remember reading that Psoriasis is an auto-immune issue and Rheumatoid Arthritis is too, I know not all Arthritis is but???l).

You poor thing, that's a heck of a lot to cope with too, bless you. I hope you enjoyed your brekkie and coffee and are all set for a good day... whatever you decide (or not LOL) to do xx

Thank you Carmen, I had a small bowl of Bran Flakes this morning before my appointment but haven't had anything since! I find it really hard to eat in the morning, no idea why! My gums are a bit sore so I'm either having soup or Ravioli for dinner! Oh dear, jobs like that make your motivation want to turn tail and run. I think the bathroom is one of my least favourite jobs and I hate all housework 🤣🤣 Have a wonderful day Carmen and there's always tomorrow... xx
