Hi Kim, as long as you are doing ok on it should be fine. A steady loss is better for your body to adapt anyway. I am done with the cake fest now , l allow one box of 6 little tarts eaten over two days then back to no sweet stuff at all for as long as possible. I only eat one big meal a week and thats a Sunday roast, chips is also once a week. Not being too active is why l gain weight l think. Even when l do gardening or extra chores it doesnt make any or little difference to the scales. I had lost well over a stone but gained some back this week. Ah well not worrying about it , it will drop again soon . Have a good day love xxx .
