There is no 10 gold recipe for Alchemy anymore, it was discontinued when the Bouquets were introduced as we now use Alchemy to create the vases.

If you mean the precious Praecocia flowers, these are yours.  You can also use the Tulipa Praecocias in the magical black and white pots, if it's magpies or jackdaws you want.
