Hi June yes I did enjoy  my yoga class but I ache today some difficult stretches we haven't done before she is good though but I struggled esp my knees . Missing our teacher who is still in Egypt till end of January teaching at a retreat. Another rainy day lots to do at home but not getting much done. Hope you had a good day xx
