glad you got that sorted, yes any official paperwork is such a rip off , i remember paying out a lot for parents death certificates !! i think its a good idea to do that move, we have to struggle on with our garden and house jobs but if you can get somewhere where its done as you get older i think its a good move, hubs parents went up on the leigh cliffs to a place it was very nice , long time back, probably gone now, deffo have a walk round and check them out and the areas etc , glad you feeling a bit better you cant miss going to the Hoy for your birthday xxxxxxxxxx

oh busy day evelyn, yes my parents in law many years ago in same position, they downsized to a sheltered place, they liked it as like you say, dont have the garden to do, a lift and on call help if needed, i guess its where they suggest, i would def look at that as you hold the cards having the house they want, def something to think about, the garden is the biggest thing, we dont have grass but the cutting of shrubs etc and trees as you get older is difficult, its def an option to look at , well thanks for asking feel a bit better today, managing a cuppa now so thats good, the weaather is supposed to pick up from today, so fingers crossed xxxxxx
