Hi June it was very cold out today x

Wow, I never heard of anything like that. Does it give her headaches? Hope it is declining if that's the proper word. Our warnings are up for today and are all for extreme cold., poor Anne's out shovelling snow with the guys since her boss is stuck on the East Coast since all planes are cancelled. One other person got called to the university. She says she has 5 layers of clothing on.
Got to get going and doing my exercises.  Have a good tea
