💦Sprinkles💦 Very wet day here
Had a very interesting day. Went to take Ethan to college. Tried to open garage to get my car, no it would only open a few inches. So went & got Tim, he managed to get into the garage by side door & use the manual opener. So off I go. Come back & open it it, park, no it wouldn't close. Tim phones the company, its been taken over,  we had the electric door fitted 24 years ago. They could come on 14th Feb to look at it. big call out fee as well. No! So he phoned another company who said a man will be with us within the hour. He arrived. He had the part on his van, as old motor was knackered & no parts available any more. New one £1500. After a bit of haggling £1000 & 5 year warranty! done. We are still in shock its all done in a single morning

Oh that's so sad to hear about Margaret. It must be heart breaking for Roy when he can't get her out of it.. As you say, hopefully it was just a one of.
You wouldn't believe how much snow we have, over 25cm and it's going to go on all day. Very pretty but the wind is bad and it's minus 14 feeling like minus 22. Schools are closed and they're advising people to stay indoors. Ladybug didn't want to go out as so much snow fell in the room when I opened the door but I made a little hole in the snow and she peed there. Will have to make a bigger spot later.
