Another hint is that you use me more when you shout.
Without a helper I would not get in or out at all.

Hi Dianne, that phrase ''short straw' reminds me of the time I had just finished my apprenticeship. A few of us formed a tea club & each tea break we would draw straws for who makes it. It created much excitement.. lol. What is it they say, ''little things please little minds''. Have a happy evening.

Morning Dianne, do you know what, with all the peeps on this planet I've been selected to saw up the wood we took up from Tracey's deck last week?. I'm so lucky. There is so much it will take more than a day. I've been with the peeps who have gone to live in the wild. I really try to understand why & how. Done a bit more weed spraying today. Life doesn't get a lot more exciting. lol. Had BBQ this evening. The Fire station was on alert. lol.. Have a super Saturday. You seem to be doing well with the riddles.
