You have to get the gnome table from the completion of the fairytales or the hat from completion of Alice. Then you can have 4 high table or three low and one high table  Hope that helps!!xxxx

When the fairytale challenge is finished, you receive a tall gnome table, when you finish the Alice in wonderland challenge you receive the mad hatter food table which can be lowered and risen, with or without food, when you choose at the cost of diamond dust

There are a couple of things that let you have an extra table if you've finished the whole quest. Fairytales, Alice in Wonderland... seems like there's one other one. But it's one I haven't finished either.
