mum doing ok she has not been out yet but she is getting there still sore back as well but think it takes time to heal when we are older
i am working hard feeling i need a break soon got another physio appointment on Wednesday for knee then hope i get a surgery date soon!

hi Dot some good morning sprinkles & hugs  I spent earlier this morning picking up the branches from the trees after a very windy & loud thunderstorm .... it is bulk pick up day and wanted to get them out on the curb .... The yard crew usually does it, but I needed some exercise and I am now very sore from all that bending over  It is very warm and muggy here   take care  xx
