I said that Rylee will pick up things from the floor for me. I tested him recently sitting on the bench at the front door. I pointed to my shoes and asked him to get them for me. After a pause he picked one up and carried it to me! I accepted the shoe put it on and asked for the other one - he brought that one as well. I dropped my keys and he got them without my asking. If he hears it fall he will search out the source of the noise and pick up what fell to give to me. Hubby dropped his fork at dinner and Rylee crawled under the side table got it and brought it - to me - of course. As hubby and I get older - Rylee will be a great helper. Happy Wednesday.
