And just like that we're having autumn over here. I'm a bit sad that summer seems to be ending, but I'm looking forward to autumn as well.
I think we'll need a couple of years until we get used to the new PTO system. It's also without question that the co workers with kids who need t get time off during the school holidays will have a  first say about that. Personally hubby and me we're planning to take about one and a half week off in early summer to visit my inlaws (yummy food *lol*) and then two weeks in September/maybe early october, when it's still nice and warm for example in southern Turkey or on the Canary Islands (have I mentioned that I want to go back? *lol*).
