thanks for the robin, Marguerite ~ good day today! Walked with a friend for a couple of hours in the morning and had a nice long tea & gossip session with two more friends this afternoon!  :))

brother Greg relieved me today and
our Mother is looking forward to our
sister, Brenda's return tomorrow ~
After almost 3 weeks of a cold, Mom
is now afflicted with Shingles, despite
the vaccinations that she received
some years ago ~ The poor dear's left
hand is primarily affected, though
new lesions appeared on her shoulder,
as well  ~ She is extremely weak and
hasn't been able to eat much ~ We've
been encouraging her to consume
more protein, and she tolerates
protein shakes with a preference for
the chocolate ones ~ Hope your
weekend is off to a great start, my
