My apartment has lots of storage space, which is a blessing. As I've said before (I think) there is a brook at the back of me with a large community area, for tables and chairs, which some residents have bought. We have ducks and geese visiting. A courtyard too. I was very, very lucky to get the first apartment, as there is a long waiting list. I moved to the apartment I'm in now, because I needed a walk-in shower, but no bath. Recently I've felt a presence, my body sort of tingles (I've never had this happen before), so I hope it's my sister and brother paying me a visit. There's a park about half a mile away, and a canal in the village. The problem is there are hardly any shops now. Apart from Charity shops. There's a small Co-op and a Tesco (but you need a car to get to Tesco). a pharmacy, a couple of pubs a station and a wine bar and a couple of restaurants and take-aways. As we get a lot of walkers and hikers here, throughout the year. I wish we could get together. I can dream. I've not been into Manchester for a couple of years. Hello beautiful lady. WOW!!! Your apartment sounds amazing, "full of life" There are no Psychics near me,  I would go in a heartbeat. That must have cost a pretty penny, but worth every penny. When I was in my other apartment in this complex. The council fitted a new fire and mantlepiece. (I assume you have something like that in Sweden). Anyway, I'd not been there long. Went to bed, when I woke up and went into my lounge for morning coffee, the lounge fire was on full, and the room was baking hot. I'm sure it was my twin, Paul.  I think he wanted to reassure me that I wasn't alone. I was a complete mess at the time, and was constantly crying over my failed marriage. I totally believe in spirits. Strange things have happened, Like the smell of flowers in this flat, accept I only have silk flowers, as I'm a tad like Mortitia from the Adam's family. When I lived with my parents we lived in an old Tudor house, complete with a priest hole and a passage from a well in the garden which had a secret passage to the church. Weird things happened in that house. For example, there was an old fashioned door to the stairs, which was opened by a threaded piece of leather that lifted the latch. M
