Good morning Marguerite. I am sure it was a tough day on your anniversary. It is John's birthday on 16th August so she is going with Laura and the girls for 2 nights. It is all cemetery Sunday on 17th so I will stay to go to Colleen, mum and dad's grave for the service. The first of everything is tough, birthday, wedding anniversary, Christmas and first anniversary of their death. Joan is keeping busy in the garden. She calls here most days but also meets friends.  I am going to tidy the grave later today and she is going to Armagh with a friend . Have a good day x

Those special dates are always extra hard. I'm glad you managed to stay busy and that you did something for yourself. I love that you have family film nights.
