Morning Yvonne well its a dry start but rain due again today here!! said today likely to rain all week & next week here!
Silent witness was  so good could not guess that ending for part 2!! on to next week cant wait now!
well 3lbs lighter this week oh am really getting there now i have so much more energy just wish my knee was sorted so i can walk without as much pain!
yep going in today to work got 2 patients to see one is a homeless chaotic young chap he worries me diabetic was in ITU over weekend again so will see if he will stay get well & go to accommodation usually leaves hospital just before he is ready without!
